Got a set of this in the mail today and instantly put it on my main axe, my ES 335 DOT. After playing about one and a half hour at appartment level, I'd say it does improve tone: the sustain is a bit longer and more even. I'll be able to tell more after friday's gig. I know these have shown up on US ebay - that's where I learned about them IIRC. The kit consists of two stop bar studs (metric or imperial) that screw down on a pair of washers so the stop bar is better connected to the body. There's three different sets (of different heights) of washers coming with the kit and you have a choice of steel or aluminium (for alu TPs). And the kit is inexpensive.
