I'm a fan of Van Halen and all, but I can't see spending that kind of money on a guitar that is already trashed.
I see that he is releasing a new line of amps through Fender also.

It seems this guitar and EVH in general only get people upset. I agree it is too expensive and should be a lot cheaper. However, if you get a chance to see one up close please do so. Fender did an amazing job the labor alone has to be 100 hours.
So you are all wondering did I buy it? Uh I am still married :D
