Today I got me one. My first impression is very good, mostly because the delay sound is in good balance (side by side) with the dry sound. Many delays has the problem of being its own effect isolated IMO, "on top" of the dry signal... I will come back with a deeper review later if needed. But so far so good. Congratulations Björn!

With a help of Bloody Mary a few samples were recorded. DI Bass and monotonous MIDI drums to get a rhythm.

1 - Hamer/amp (http://www.himmelstrutz.com/dbd/nopedals.mp3). Hamer, P90 neck. Amp (Thisone) a JTM45 clone rebuilt to a Plexi 50 played throuh a 4x12 SOUND CITY (not shown on picture). This guitar/amp/speaker is the same on all recordings here and below. No filtering, just record and mixdown.

2. Hamer/FETTO Deluxe/Amp (http://www.himmelstrutz.com/dbd/deluxe.mp3), P90 neck. Pedals set as below (DBD Off/ FETTO Deluxe On). Any difference in distortion is set with the guitar volume.

3. Hamer/FETTO Deluxe/MP DBD (http://www.himmelstrutz.com/dbd/deluxe_dbd.mp3). Same as above, just DBD added. Delay time on the solo is lower than the picture (10 o clock) though.

Awesome clips! Everything sounds great--the guitar, the Fetto, the Deep Blue, the amp, the playing. :)

Very nice indeed. Good job, both of you.

Sounds good. I just picked up a Hamer Studio P-90 goldtop last week. I'm waiting on some Lollar P-90's to put in it, but it may become my one of my favorites. I can't say enough good things about Hamers.
