I have had a Jekyll and Hyde overdrive/distortion pedal for about 7 years. I bought it from Bob W the owner of the company after meeting him at a wedding of a mutual friend.
While I have never really gigged it, I have loaned it out many times, taken it to every guitar show I have ever shown my amps at and used it to demo pedals with my amps for 5 years. Finally last week it went south, got noisy, and one of the LED's stopped working.
I called Visual Sound and Dave their customer support person helped me trouble shoot it and then offered to look at it for me. I sent it LAST FRIDAY and received it back Today(7 days later) fully repaired with a nice note explaining that he replaced a switch and resoldered the entire board/connections. All for free.
After 7 years, they fixed a broken pedal for free, turned it in less than 48 hours in their shop and picked up the returned shipping.
That is some kick ass customer service. Gotta love a cool company.....
