help for the terminologically impaired!

while I've been learning a lot on this forum, and hesitate to make myself look like what I am ( on unfamiliar ground ) could someone please list some of the pedals and what they are in english for reference?
for instance EGDM, HB, PPF, RRB, etc. ( I know etc. isn't one!)
