What time? 8 Mile is long road - East Side/West Side?
I'm giging that evening in Milford, so probably not, but . . . . .
Why such a short notice? Keep me on the short list, kinda like the short bus, but different.

Sorry for the late notice. It's not really my gig, I'm just going, but I thought it would be nice to extend the invite to some other like-minded individuals.
More deatils...
ALL are welcome to the The Motor City Amp Showcase which is scheduled for Saturday March 1 in Southfield Mich between 8 and 9 mile rd on Telegraph rd.
The address of the white roofed building next to the star is 22211 Telegraph Rd. Southfield, MI 48034. The building at the back of the parking lot is where the show is to be held, We can enter the parking lot from Telegraph between the two buildings or drive to Hazelhurst and then Keefer and enter on a drive just south of the building. We have to use the front entrance to the building off Keefer in any case and there is no parking on Keefer, use the big lot in the back.
Admission $5 to cover snacks and refreshments and misc. items
Load in times for builders is at 7am. The show starts at 10am and runs until around 7pm depending on attendance at the time...

I would have been nice to have you there. Next time I'm in Germany for soccer, I'm make sure to warn you far enough in advance.

Looks like I can at least make it for a while - probably 10 miles from my house.
Thanks BV for the heads up.

Nice.
Make sure to introduce yourself. I'll be the 26 year old who looks like he's 14 and his parents had to drop him off. There's a possibility I'll be manning a table on behalf of Daab amps with my Tupelo Honey head and matching 2x12 cab.

I'll probably be getting there around 11:00 or so and will be coming with a car full of guys from the Dayton area.

Just a bit too far of a drive for this one and I've a Sunday gig this week. Too bad, too, cause I'd like to put some faces with the names that hang here. I'd really like to sit down w/ Brian and talk about all that good ol' Soul music! Maybe next time, eh?

Cool B - I'll look for the amp - shouldn't be too hard to pick out after visiting the site.
I'll be the 56 year old that doesn't look a day older than 55.
Michigan cops are a lot more friendly then your brothern, but watch your speed for the first 10 or so miles. Oh and I guess I don't have to tell you "Watch the Potholes!"

Maybe some other time. I'm always up for a conversation about the music that makes the world go round.

I'm still coming, just don't think I'm bringing my amp along with me.
