Beeing a professional classical guitarist - working with music from the 16:th century, up to the most avantgard music of today - I liked the idea of using the name "Janus" after a god in Roman myhology that had two faces, one looking back and the other looking forward.

History and future!

As I´m here, I of course also play the electric guitar.
Like the rest of you I also buy way to many pedals n´stuff...

So, I´m just like most of you guys, right!

But in one respect I´m totally different...

I have visited the magician in his cave

Yes folks, I´ve actually been in Björn Juhls workshop :) Most people have not.

Why?

´Cause only two people can be in there at the same time, due to all the stuff that´s crammed all over the place :D

Nice to be here!

/Peter

Hej Peter,

Glad to have you here. I've been inside Bjorn's lair only by phone so far but I have been to Sweden many times in the past and wish to come back as soon as I can. Maybe really soon it's been way to long if you ask me! Welcome to the Guitar Hub and I hope that all of us here can learn from your experiences with 16th Century music (and anything else you care to share with us in regards to music in general).

Best regards,
Dean:)
