Its been a while since I posted, it has just been nutty!
I was curious what all of you thought about the D'pergo situation over at TGP?
If you are not up to date on the issue, my readers digest version is something like this:
D'Pergo claims any post or thread mentioning their name on TGP was either deleted or abused by members. Tons of people pissing back and forth about what is better, what came first, what people should be allowed to say. At the end of the day, an article appeared in a local newspaper that states D'pergo is considering filing a lawsuit stating defamatory mumbo jumbo, etc.
I am not picking sides, personally I think something like this was bound to happen when you don't protect Freedom of Speech :)
So what are your thoughts?
