indeed, it can be answered in both. One of the major differences is that a lot of the people who build or have built the stuff we talk about at M&G are members here.

You can ask about a specific tone, and get it broken down to which kind of copper they prefer in their instrument cables. Once you make it here, you should really find a 12 step program :D
