Yeah, they work well!
Teddy at Maken has one in stock.
You should also check out the ProAnalgo MK before making a decision.

I think the 2 best ToneBenders out there are the DAM and ProAnalog.
It comes down to how vintage you like your tone and the amount of space you have on your board.
The DAM pedal is large, very vintage and only takes a battery.
The PA pedal has a small foot print, takes power and you can dial in all the tones you are looking for. Just depends on what you like. I am sure there are others, but those are the 2 at the top of my list and I own them both.
DAM uses OC81, 76's etc so if you buy one from David, check to see what he has in stock.

I don't have the D*A*M MKII, but I do have the D*A*M 1966 and can speak highly of it. Mine is a limited edition with SFT337 & OC76, exactly like the early Vox ToneBender.
